Liverpool was knocked back twice this summer as they approached Bradley Barcola’s Paris Saint-Germain.
The Reds have already done a lot of business this summer.
Liverpool boss Arne Slot won the Premier League title in his first season at Merseyside, and now Reds Hierarchy has full support behind him.
Newcastle United striker Alexander Isaac emerged as a realistic target for Liverpool this summer after he revealed to Anfield that he wanted to leave St. James Park.
The Reds have already rejected a £110 million bid and could potentially return for ISAK, but it will depend on Newcastle’s stance and whether the magpie has taken the place.
It has been reported that Liverpool could instead switch attention to Barcola’s expensive deals after losing Louis Diaz to Bayern Munich.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano updated earlier this week. “Isaac’s deal is absolutely alive. If Isaac’s deal cannot happen, as Newcastle closes the door and decides not to proceed, then Bradley Barcola is a dream choice from a winger’s perspective.
“For Liverpool, the striker is Isaac. If he can’t get Isaac, he could go to the winger in that case and Bradreebercora is considered the target of a dream in Liverpool.
“As of today, Liverpool has not contacted the agents. Liverpool has not contacted Paris Saint-Germain. Liverpool has not negotiated with Barcola.”
Another transfer journalist, Graeme Bailey, told TBR Football:

“There is an interest from Liverpool, they are one of those who have been interested in them for many years.
“The intermediary is busy and checks out potential clubs he can join. Like Rodrigo, it depends on the player pushing. Liverpool won’t bid for no reason. If players want to move, they might want to make a deal.
“PSG is strong in stance, so Barcola isn’t for sale and it costs crazy money to get him. Over £100 million.
And now, ESPN claims that Barcola “crashes to stay” with European champion PSG after rejecting two approaches from 22-year-old Liverpool.
The League One side also asked Bayern Munich: “We rejected one approach from Liverpool earlier this summer and rejected a second approach on Wednesday.
In ISAK, ESPN adds: “Liverpool has made one offer to Newcastle United’s Alexander Isaac, but sources have told ESPN that the club is currently not planning a second bid for the striker.”
