Liverpool is accepting Ibrahima Connate to leave for La Liga Giants Real Madrid at the end of the season, according to reports.
The Reds have significantly improved their team that won the title in the summer transfer market with eight new players joining Arne Slot’s side.
Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak, Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez and Giovanni Leoni have found new arrivals at Anfield in the summer.
Liverpool was also very close to Mark Guech’s signature from Crystal Palace, where England International is receiving medical care, when the Eagles were pulled out of their contract.
Guehi would have been competing with Konate and Virgil Van Dijk for a slot-side starting point, but Liverpool will have to wait until January or summer to tie the deal down.
Liverpool could lose a player in the same position as Conate in the final year of his contract at Anfield, and will be able to discuss his pre-contracted contract with foreign clubs for free from January.

Real Madrid has been deeply connected with France International for several months, with transfer expert Fabrizio Romano providing information on the situation earlier this week.
Romano said: “Real Madrid has a real interest in the situation with Ibrahima Conate, but they don’t want to disrupt Liverpool.
“Liverpool certainly has a chance to extend Ibrahi Maconate’s contract until September, October, November, December, and the end of the season.
“Despite the agreement between Liverpool and the players were very close a year ago, these conversations have stopped as new details are being discussed.
“Real Madrid continues to think about Konate internally.”

And now, Spanish website Fichajes claims that Conate told Liverpool “Liverpool” that he “will not renew his contract” at the club after he rejected multiple renewal offers.
The French “made a firm decision not to extend his contract with the Reds,” and his “rejection” was “forced by the British club to accept his departure.”
His decision caused a “disappointment” in Liverpool after losing Trent Alexander Arnold in a similar way over the summer, with the report adding: Ibrahima Konate has already agreed to move to Real Madrid, where he signs him as a free agent next summer.
“Florentino Perez is once again implementing a strategic move. Without an Ibrahima Konaté contract, the transfer fee represents a world-class signature without disrupting the club’s finances.
Former Manchester City and British defender Stuart Pierce believe that if Liverpool stops signing Guech, they could have gotten a “better player” than Konate.
Pierce recently told Best Betting Site:
“Connate was excellent last year. But Mark Guech is the first choice England central defender in my eyes. I think he really reads dangers and I think he can leave him in a one-on-one situation.
“We saw it when we attacked Liverpool over the weekend. Both fullbacks left their area with two central halves left to deal with the danger. Now you need to make sure you can handle a one-on-one situation.
“I think he’s a great product. If I’m Newcastle, if I’m Liverpool, if I’m Manchester United, I’m looking for him.”
