How Tom Sandoval’s America’s Got Talent Audition has become truly (exclusive)
Tom Sandoval is committed to his showmanship.
Simon Cowell was not impressed with Tom Sandoval and the most extra jazzy cover of Weekend’s “Diazzling Light” in an August 19 episode of American Got Talent, but the Vanderpump Rule alumni admitted that he “didn’t know” that the talented judge denounced the buzzer midway through his performance.
“We had some technical issues,” he told Access Hollywood in an interview posted on August 20th.
And after stepping backstage, Tom, 43, reflected on his own shortcomings during the numbers.
“I could have definitely been better,” he continued. “I was a little more worried about movement and anything, and with my inner ear. I had to focus a little more on the vocals.”
During the episode, the reality star said that issues with his in-ear audio monitors leave him “flying in the dark.” He then pointed out that there are many factors to consider in his attempt to beat the judges.
