WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump on Thursday is set to reestablish the president’s fitness test for American school children.

During the late afternoon ceremony at the White House, Trump is set to sign an order to reestablish the Presidential Council and fitness tests on sports, fitness and nutrition, and his health secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
In 2012, the assessment evolved into a youth fitness program, with the government saying “we have shifted from athletic ability awareness to a barometer on student health.”
