President Donald Trump repeatedly denies that he wrote a perverted birthday message to Jeffrey Epstein during his scrutiny of ties with convicted sex offenders.
Speaking to reporters in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, Trump said he was not the one signing the memo to Epstein.

“It’s not my signature, it’s not the way I speak, and anyone who’s overturned me for so long knows that it’s not my language,” Trump said.
“That’s nonsense.”
Trump’s denial came after the White House said earlier that it would support a forensic analysis of the signature to prove it does not belong to the US president.
“The president didn’t write this letter. He didn’t sign this letter,” said White House spokesman Carolyn Leavitt.
The release of the memo, which is included in a 238-page scrapbook edited to commemorate Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003, rekindled long-standing controversy over Trump, who died in a New York prison in 2019, and the late investor who died while facing sex trafficking fees.
Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives issued an insightful letter Monday after the scrapbook was handed over to lawmakers by Epstein’s property.
The so-called “birthday book” includes greetings from famous figures such as former US President Bill Clinton, Apollo Global Management co-founder Leon Black, and former Harvard law professor Alan Delschitz.

Trump previously refused to write letters. The letter features the sketched outline of a naked woman with a signature that was supposed to be the president’s signature in place of her pubic bone after being first reported by the Wall Street Journal in July.
Trump sued the newspaper over the report, seeking at least $200 billion in damages.
Trump has been struggling with questions about Epstein for months, including some of his most enthusiastic supporters.
Many of his Make America Great (MAGA) movements responded to anger in July when law enforcement review concluded that Epstein had died of suicide, and there was no credible evidence that he either maintained his “client list” or threatened a powerful person.
With links to some of the most prominent names in politics and business, Epstein has been the source of unproven theories for years, including that he was murdered to protect the existence of a sexually horrifying ring run by us and the intelligence agency in foreign countries.
Many Magazine supporters supported Trump’s reelection in the belief that it would reveal Epstein’s involvement in a vast plot that hints at figures at a very high level of power.
Like many elite figures, Trump was associated with Epstein from the 1990s to the 2000s, but once described women as “on the younger side” as “a great guy” who liked women.
Denied having prior knowledge of Epstein’s crimes, Trump said the two men were dropped out more than 20 years ago after the financier tried to hire a young woman from his Mar Lago resort.
