President Donald Trump reiterated his claims on Sunday that political “left” people would blame the assassination of Utah conservative activist Charlie Kirk last week. “If you look at the agitators, you see scums that speak badly about our country, and the American flags are burning everywhere. That’s the left,” he said. Trump also suggested that when asked if he would investigate after Kirk’s death he was already using the government to investigate political enemies.
