The two 15-year-olds have been charged with unarmed carjacking allegedly attacking Edward “Big Ball” Coristine, a teenage software engineer and former Neuralink intern who has become a prominent figure in the Trump administration’s Cost Reduction Division (DOGE).
According to reports citing local government, Coristine, who left Doge in June but returned to federal service at the Social Security Agency to help improve the Social Security Agency website, recently told Wired that she was with her girlfriend in Logan Circle in Washington when the circle of about teens approached the car and made comments about taking it. He reportedly thrust his girlfriend into the car for her safety before confronting the group and attacking him until police drove to the scene.
On Tuesday, Musk praised Coristine for his courage on social media platforms. President Trump separately shared graphic images of Coristine abused on true social in order to call on teens to indict her younger days like adults.
