It’s been a minute since the hopeless housewife star lived in Wisteria Lane, but she finds a new address IRL.
“I had my whole adult life here,” Eva told Marie Claire in November 2024 about leaving Los Angeles. “But it was changing (even before the pandemic). The atmosphere was different. And then there was covid and it happened. Whether it was homeless, tax or tax, I feel like this chapter is over in my life, not that I want to do s in California.”
For the past few years, actress, husband Jose Baston and son Santiago have split time between Mexico and Spain.
“I have privileges,” she continued. “I can run away and go somewhere. Most Americans are not that lucky. They will be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness are for them.”
But Eva pointed out that her move wasn’t for President Trump’s reelection.
“I didn’t leave because of the political environment,” Director Flamin Hot said in the back of the November 2024 table podcast:
Eva has remained busy since the move, with recent projects including roles in building murders alone and Alexander, awful, horrible, good, very bad road trips.
