X announced on Tuesday that its verified organization, a premium subscription offering for businesses and governments, has been rebranded and will be split into two products: Premium Business and Premium Organizations. The premium organization’s tiers have a grey checkmark and are intended for government and multilateral organizations, while premium businesses have a gold checkmark and are designed to help businesses drive growth with X.
Premium Business Subscription offers include new tools for businesses to expand their organization, whether they are small businesses, startups, or global corporations. Premium Business has three tiers: Basic, Full Access and Enterprise.
Social networks say premium businesses will help businesses drive growth on their platforms by increasing reliability with gold checkmarks and improving visibility through affiliate badges. It also has advanced spoofing defense tools and faster human support to resolve problems quickly.
Premium Business also offers tools such as recruitment, real-time brand and industry monitoring, access to SuperGrok and more.
Additionally, according to X, premium businesses will soon access priority handles and explore the market to acquire “high value handles.” The company told TechCrunch in an email that the preferred handle is a set of inactive handles that are available free of charge to premium companies, but rarer or more valuable inactive handles can be purchased.
A basic premium business subscription costs $200 a month and comes with “essentials to establish your business with X.” Full Access Tier is priced at $1,000 per month and comes with affiliate marketing, fast support, priority handles, spoofing defense and early access to new features.
Enterprise Tier comes with advanced tools, account management, and “maximum support for unique goals.” The company points out that pricing for this tier is “custom.”

Meanwhile, the premium organization’s plans are $1,000 a month.
X says that for a limited time users can receive 100% of their subscription costs in the form of advertising credits.
“X is the perfect place to increase your organization’s influence and talk directly to important people,” X Engineering’s Seth Fuchs said in a post in the announcement. “We are building for organizations that want to move fast, stay relevant and grow directly in town squares around the world.
By adding a new premium tier, adding a cheap $200 $200, X may be looking to make money as it continues to deal with its struggling advertising business.
