EXCLUSIVE: UTA has signed writer-director Alex Ullom (It Ends) for representation in all areas.

Ullom’s debut feature, It Ends, which the young filmmaker wrote and directed, premiered to critical acclaim at the 2025 SXSW Film Festival. In the genre-bender, described by Ullom as a “hangout horror,” friends on a late-night food run become trapped in their Jeep Cherokee on an infinite road with terrors lurking beyond. Mitchell Cole, Akira Jackson, Noah Toth, and Phinehas Yoon star.
Ahead of the film’s premiere, Ullom was named one of Filmmaker Magazine’s 25 New Faces of Independent Film in 2024. A native of Tampa, Florida, he is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts and is currently based in Los Angeles.
