EXCLUSIVE: Emmy and Golden Globe Award-nominated actor, Andrew Scott has joined Michelle Williams and Daisy Edgar Jones in Chloe Domont’s upcoming legal thriller, A Place in Hell. MRC is financing the film and T-Street producing.
Written and directed by Domont, the film centers on a top criminal defense attorney who often represents unlikeable clients in high profile cases. A dedicated workhorse of the law firm, she anticipates being made partner and her name going up on the wall. When another attorney joins the firm, her job is put to the test and makes her question just how far she’ll go to protect it.
Scott can be seen next in Wake Up Dead Man, the third installment of the Knives Out mystery and was recently in the critically acclaimed Netflix series, Ripley.
MRC most recently produced G20 and the upcoming Wuthering Heights, The Gallerist, and The Only Living Pickpocket in New York. Other credits include 2023’s Saltburn, American Fiction and Fair Play. MRC is also known for hit TV series such as Poker Face, Terminal List, Ted, Ozark and House of Cards.
T-Street is led by Rian Johnson and Ram Bergman and is behind the hit feature films Knives Out, Glass Onion, Fair Play, American Fiction and the upcoming Wake Up Dead Man. T-Street is also known for the hit TV series Poker Face and 3 Body Problem.
