The ARC Representatives, a management and advisory firm founded by former WME and Gersh agent Collin Reno, is changing its name and adding a new partner.
The company is rebranding as ARC Partners and has hired former WME and Buchwald agent Ivo Fischer as a partner.
Launched in 2023 by Reno, who formerly co-headed WME’s alternative TV department and played a part in series such as The Biggest Loser and American Ninja Warrior, the company advises U.S. and UK-based studios, branded entertainment companies, production firms and talent.
Fischer spent two years as head of unscripted content and talent at Buchwald, leaving in November 2024, having spent over 20 years at WME.
“We’ve always seen ourselves as more than service providers; we’re trusted partners, deeply invested in every facet of our clients’ lives and careers. I’m thrilled that after years of collaboration, Ivo is officially joining us to help bring our shared vision to life,” said Collin Reno, founder of ARC Partners. “With Ivo’s leadership, we’re building an approach that transcends traditional management and advisory – one rooted in deep, hands-on support and truly collaborative relationships. ARC Partners is ready to take our work to the next level by helping clients navigate the complexity, seize new opportunities and build lasting, strategic success.”
Ivo Fischer added, “Having worked with Collin for many years, I am excited to join ARC Partners where true collaboration is the foundation of our relationships with our clients.”
