A new era of Vanderpump Rules is coming to Bravo, and the network is teasing the cast reboot.
In a new teaser, SUR owner Lisa Vanderpump appears putting up a “Help Wanted” sign at her West Hollywood establishment, signaling the cast shakeup coming up for Season 12.
“The faces may have changed, but my rules they’ve stayed the same,” Vanderpump says in the teaser, winking at the camera.
Bravo did not reveal the date when the new season of the reality series would premiere, but the teaser notes that “It’s time for a shift.”
“Scandoval” rocked Vanderpump Rules to its core when Ariana Madix discovered her long-time boyfriend Tom Sandoval had been cheating on her with her friend Raquel Leviss. The series was put on pause after Season 11, which featured the fallout of the scandal and a fractured group.
Bravo ultimately decided to revamp the show with a new cast and go back to the original premise of the show, following a group of waiters working at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant.

Many of the former cast members of Vanderpump Rules have moved on to The Valley, and in Madix’s case, have broken out entirely of being the subject of reality TV cameras and hosting Peacock’s Love Island USA.
Some former cast members like Katie Maloney have called the reboot “cheap,” saying on the Detox Retox podcast, “To me it just feels like it’s going try to have the same flavor, the same everything…. When you try to replicate the recipe just based off of taste, you can’t do it.”
