EXCLUSIVE: London-based agency Loop Talent has hired Lucy O’Meara, who will lead several new business units.
O’Meara, who was most recently at Creative House Management, will oversee Loop’s hair and make-up division and spearhead the launch of new rosters representing script supervisors, sound and other post-production talent.
The hair and make-up division represents the likes of Sallie Adams (Code 404, The Feud), Jules Chapman (Kandahar, Outlander) and Chloe Edwards (Ponies, Little Disasters), and others with credits for Marching Powder, What It Feels Like For a Girl, Stath Lets Flats, Ghosts and Loki.
In her most recent role, she created and headed a screen division focused on post-production, sound and VFX for the high-TV and film markets. Her clients credits included Netflix drama The Perfect Couple, Prime Video’s Heads of State, LIonsgate’s The Crow and BBC sci-fi Doctor Who.
Lucy Price, founder and Managing Director of Loop Talent, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Lucy O’Meara to the team. Her arrival allows us to grow into exciting new areas of representation while continuing to provide exceptional service to our existing talent and clients. It’s an exciting moment for Loop as we expand both our team and the breadth of departments we cover.”
Loop launched in 2020 as an agency and diary service for HODs working in film, high-end TV, commercials and music promos.
The talent arm represents directors of photography, production designers, editors, costume designers, hair and make up designers, line producers, production managers, first assistant directors, production sound mixers, script supervisors and intimacy coordinators.
