EXCLUSIVE: The Partnership Group, the UK agency with clients including Emily Blunt and Idris Elba, has doubled down on its stakes in Sayle Screen and Sara Putt Associates.
The Partnership Group (TPG), run by Roger Charteris and Robert Taylor, has held 10% stakes in Sayle Screen and Sara Putt Associates since 2021. It has now converted these stakes into majority positions, but declined to comment on the size of the holdings. Financial details were not disclosed.
TPG’s combined client base will now include James Norton, Olivia Cooke, Ambika Mod, Naomie Harris, and Marisa Abela; Yorgos Lanthimos, Andrea Arnold, and Sir Ian Rankin (Sayle); and producers Nicolas Brown and Caroline Levy, repped by behind-the-scenes specialist Sara Putt.
First established as a literary agency in 1896, Sayle Screen will continue to be run by Jane Villiers, Matthew Bates, and Kelly Knatchbull. Sara Putt Associates was founded in 2002 and is overseen by Sara Putt, who also serves as the chair of BAFTA, and Laurily Adams.
TPG CEO Roger Charteris said: “I am incredibly proud to further strengthen our ties with these two preeminent agencies. The last few years has proven our unique blend of building a wider group for us all to benefit from, whilst each company retains their independent identity, is a winning combination.”
TPG also holds a 5.5% stake in Rabbit Track Pictures, the production company run by Happy Valley star James Norton and Kitty Kaletsky. Its other interests include Unlocked Podcasts and Own It!, an agency and an independent publisher.
