Jennifer Aniston Gate-Crasher Faces Prison Time Over Stalking & Driving Into Her Home

-

The Mississippi man who crashed his car through the gates of Jennifer Aniston’s Bel-Air mansion on May 5 is being charged with stalking as well as vandalism, the Los Angeles County District Attorney said today.

Being held on a statutory bail at $150,000, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle faces up to three years in a California state prison if found guilty on the felonies. The 48-year-old will be arraigned Thursday in LA Superior Court.

Aniston was home when the incident took place, though was not injured. Her security guards held Carwyle until the LAPD arrived, law enforcement reports

“Stalking is a crime that can quickly escalate from harassment to dangerous, violent actions, threatening the safety of victims and our communities,” District Attorney Nathan Hochman declared Wednesday as more details of Carwyle’s actions and intentions towards the Friends star were revealed. “My office is committed to aggressively prosecuting those who stalk and terrorize others, ensuring they are held accountable.”
